1 - 25% of each mint and 50% of all secondary sales revenue will be returned to the community via a community fund. This fund has been building and is untouched from mint number 1. Guidelines will be set in place to ensure the perpetuity of this fund as it is our vision that we invest this money and return profits to holders by way of a regular dividend for the duration of the project. Upon the completion of the mint, a panel of LSC holders as voted in by the community will help determine the future investment and direction of this fund with the full input from all holders via discussion and voting.

2 - 25% of each mint and 50% of all secondary sales revenue are being used for the future development of the LSC project. We have big plans for our future with additional Mints and the building of our platform and brand so this fund will help secure our future with the funding required set aside for this purpose only.

In addition to our community fund and the benefits brought about by the future development of the project, we aim to bring much utility and benefits to minters and holders of LSC via our bonds with other projects from all parts of the WEB3 community. This will build over the lifetime of the project and we have many things being negotiated but we have already begun to deliver with the below

Imperivm Collaboration

1 – All *OG minters of LSC will be airdropped 1 Imperivm Land per Lion Social Club they mint up until we reach mint number 500. Conditions apply and are listed in the announcement channel of the discord*COMPLETED*

2 – From mint 501 until the completion of the mint all mints of LSC in multiple of 3’s will be awarded 1 Imperivm Land per 3 mints.

3 – All LSC holders will be whitelist for the Imperivm $IMP Token launch receiving early access and heavily discounted pricing. This above utility we believe already more than realises the full value of our mint price and comes about due to our strong bond the with the Imperivm project and future benefits of our collaboration are guaranteed.
